tlt percy is so sweet😭 when he falls into the mississippi river and survives he hears his moms voice in his head telling him to say thank you and so he audibly thanks his dad for saving his life😪and then in the next chapter when he’s on the thrill ride of love he makes sure to buckle annabeths seat belt when they get on the boat to make sure she doesn’t fall off🥺and when they get into the transport truck he and grover immediately get so mad that the animals are treated wrongly🤧

som percy is so sweet😭 when annabeth is being rude to tyson and percy doesn’t hesitate to defend him against annabeth bc he’s tired of tyson getting picked on even though annabeth is literally his best friend😪and then when he lets clarisse go back to camp with the fleece ahead of everyone else because it’s her quest and he considers them to be friends because they worked together on polyphemus’ island🥺 and when he and annabeth win the chariot race and they thank tyson for his help with everything and he makes sure everyone knows that tyson is his baby brother🤧

ttc percy is so sweet😭 when the di angelos first find out they’re half bloods and nico keeps asking him a bunch of questions he tries to answer them even though he’s annoyed and distraught that annabeth just fell off a cliff😪 and then when he figures out thalia is afraid of heights despite being a daughter of zeus he keeps it a secret from the others because he doesn’t want to make his friend uncomfortable 🥺 and when he had accidentally joined the quest but ended up being such a vital companion that zoe was honored that he carried anaklusmos because he was unlike all the men that she had met in her life🤧

botl percy is so sweet😭 when annabeth finally gets her own quest he doesn’t try to take over even though he’s the prophecy kid and even when rachel joins he makes sure that both girls know that they’re important members who need to work together to save the world instead of fighting😪 and then when he keeps getting visions of nico in trouble and is genuinely worried about his health/safety despite the kid hating his guts and still blaming him for bianca’s death🥺and at his fifteenth birthday party where paul asks him for his “blessing” to propose but he’s only thinking about how happy his mom is with paul and not whether he approves or not (which he also does)🤧

tlo percy is SO sweet😭 when nico takes him to may castellan’s place and they’re understandably freaked out by her but he’s still kind to her and even feels bad for her that luke ran away at such a young age (even if luke was traumatized by her sporadic visions) and even lets her believe that he is her son so that she has some peace of mind if only for a moment😪 and then when he is about to give up hope but realizes that when he thinks about his loved ones/family/friends he has a reason to keep trying and thus ends up offering pandora’s jar to hestia bc hope survives best at the hearth🥺 and LASTLY when he looks luke in the eye as he’s dying and still has enough respect to call him a hero after everything luke did to him!! even though luke’s actions were wrong percy understood his motives and even mourned for him because he saw himself in luke 🤧
